- How to evaluate if you made a good impression?
- Greetings, Handshakes and Body Language
- Remembering names
- Telephone manners
- Simple and easy Table Manners
- Acceptable social behaviours
- Everyday etiquette at work such as socializing with co-workers, making small-talk, eating at work

Cost: Free (Refreshments provided for participants)

Time: 2:00pm - 5:00pm
