Facilitator Profile - Kenneth Lawrence, CGA, FCCA
Kenneth Lawrence has been living and working in Canada for the past three years. He is currently the Manager for General Accounting at Clover Leaf Seafoods L.P., a company in the seafood production and distribution industry. A foreign-trained accountant, Kenneth has made a successful transition to Canada and he will share his experiences as he conducts this accounting workshop series. Kenneth is a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Chartered Accountants in the United Kingdom and is a Member of the Certified General Accountants of Ontario and Canada, a designation he attained since arriving in Canada.
Kenneth has combined professional experience in Jamaica and Canada exceeding 12 years. He has worked for: Price Waterhouse Coopers and KPMG, a tobacco company as management accountant, a company in the entertainment industry, as a bookkeeper in his first Canadian job, and Canac Kitchens, a company that produces and retails kitchen cabinets for the construction industry.
